I would give them 100 stars if I could! They were amazing! Knowledgeable and very informative. They answered questions and helped us through the process. They went out of their way to help us and even made sure we were informed and comfortable during the repairs. We needed a repair same day and we got it done!
No problems, but all i did was tie rotate (for amazing 10$). Decent wait area, gratis machine coffee. Pros working there, not HS kids. A few less emails would be nice!
Tires are not a luxury but a necessity. Pep Boys has maintained my vehicles services many years. They have good deals, excellent staff, courteous, does quality work, and will go beyond if needed. Trust in Pep Boys!
