I made an appointment online. When I arrived they told me I need to reschedule because they're short on technicians. I understand being understaffed, but what is their excuse for not picking up the phone and calling me to let me know? I don't understand why you would have the customer drive up there only to be turned away. You're a sorry excuse for a business.

i bought a set of tires from Cooper, they installed them on brand new GM wheels and the shop guys damaged 3 orf the 4. I brought the damage to his attention and he stated he couldn’t see the deep scratches and then says a can of spray paint would fix everything! Then i drive the truck to New Orleans and it was obvious that the tires hadn’t been balanced . So he has the tires balanced twice and still a bad vibration at speeds over 70. Faith is the sweetest! She helped me schedule everything that I needed for my van while staying within my budget. I am so appreciative of her patience, calmness, and understanding of my situation. I was stressed when I made the call, and she ended the call with me feeling confident in the service I was scheduled to receive.
I called about tires on 07/14/25. Faith answered the phone. I asked about tires and she said she needed to place me on a brief hold. It ended up being a very long hold, so I hung up and called back. She proceeded to tell me she didn’t know how to look the tires up and would call me back the next day. Why work at a tire shop, if you don’t know how to look them up? She never called back.
