Very polite and honest.
Came in today to get my breaks done on my Denali, got here around 9am. There was one person infront of us and we were told it would be about 2 hours. It is currently 4 hours and $700 later- and I’m still sitting here waiting. This is terrible customer service. My truck sat for at least an hour before it was even pulled into the shop, because they didn’t want to tie up their alignment rack. Give me a break. All said and done, I will never come back to this store, and I will certainly never recommend it to anyone else.
I always take my car in to them. They are courteous fast and very knowledgeable and they always have a good special on that’s affordable.
I was so grateful for the people here who helped me fix my car. Ms. Susan was amazing and so kind. I unexpectedly had to stop here when my car started to break down but will be coming back in the future if anything happens!
