Do not go there! They are bunch of liars! They are just like Jiffy Lube telling you there's problems with your car when there isn't. They charged me over $1,000 for a radiator exchange. I talked to Japanese Auto Service on Spring Mountain over the phone to ask them if Pep Boys was ripping me off...and she said that they were when she told me Japanese Auto Service would charge me only $350.00!! I was furious after that! I will NEVER EVER GO TO PEP BOYS!!!!!

I had went in to have the alignment and Ty rod fixed on the front end of my truck. After waiting for 4 hours for them to tell me the exact same thing I told them, they quoted me an outrageous price. I explained I didn't need all four tires at this time, just the front two. They stated that they would price match if I found the tires or service cheaper somewhere else. What a joke. This is the worst company I have ever encountered. I took my car in after my timing belt broke. They diagnosed that they needed to replace the timing belt and water pump. I gave the OK. A week later when they finally got around to working on my car, they discovered that part of the engine needed to be replaced. Three days later the WHOLE engine needed to be replaced.
