They try to avoid the warranties. They have alignment warranty that they try anything to avoid covering up. The female manager Amanda is horrible and rude. They told me that I could come by for alignment in phone. I drove there and left my car with them.Then they called me back half an hour later and said that they don't have time to do the alignment that day. go somewhere else Went in to get a new alternator after getting a 95 dollar diagnostic across the street, car was fine when we left the other store and dropped it off literally across the street, when we picked it up there was a HUGE dent in the inside of the rim and the tire was loosing pressure and the guy across the street doesn't remember seeing any of it... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE STORE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Thank God for New Management! Just came home from having my car seviced. I guess from seeing the old comments they MUST have new management now!! I recieved Excellent Customer service and Was in and out in remarkable time. I would so recommend to my friends and family! Thank you Pep Boys!! Manny Moe and Jack!

Worst Customer Service Ever I took my car in for brake and A/C service. I dropped it off at 8am this morning, was told that it would take 4 hours. It's now 1:32pm. I've received no follow up phone call on the status or even how much the repairs would be. I called them at 11am, and was told that the A/C tech would not be until 12pm, that they would call as soon as they checked the car. No call yet.

Bad bad bad I used to work there, they lie in their service department and harasse their female employees. dont know if its like that anymore, but it was when I worked there!
