A week after correcting issues causing my vehicle to fail last Saturday, today they failed it for a lower ball joint. This should've been caught the first time! Rob
This store tore my exhaust off my car and then preceded to try and blame it on me. Yea, you guys thought I forgot about that didn’t you! All I want was a set of tires, but I got a lot more. Run far away from this store! If you need something done go to National Tire & Battery next door. Losers!!!!
Pep Boys, Greensburg, PA, said they would top off my fluids. Just checked: Windshield fluid empty and engine coolant on LOW line!��. Also manager Bob is rude and disrespectful to me. They will not be receiving any more of my money!
So i see there are the same complaints on here that I have! Save yourself time and hassle pay more and go somewhere else! My brother took my car for an 11am scheduled appointment and was told he was not able to get into have tires put on until 2 hrs after our schedules appt. Which was made days in advanced, people being put ahead of him. Absolutely not called for and manger BOB is a total asshole! Very unprofessional and inappropriate to speak to a customer that way! Having an appointment for the tires ordered previously go in wait three hours for you get my car while I watch other people with no appointment get tires and leave I am pissed never again
I have been buying tires. Oil filters. Oil Greece for farm equiptment for over 15 years. Tonight went there having tire noise in truck. The dick I mean Rick told me he didn't have time to look at my tires. He was too tired standing there. No one there. Sorry pep Boyes you lost a good customer. I've had plenty of positive experiences at this location, but tonight upset me. I understand it's a Friday and everyone wants to go home, but I walked up to your door at 7:57pm tonight, and the door was locked. At first this seemed odd to me since the parking lot was pretty full... I looked at the hours displayed on the door, and it clearly said open till 8pm on Friday's.
