Pep boys in Union City has THEE WORST customer service. I dont recommend anybody to go to this location for any kind of service.
I was in a state of emergency, I caught a flat near Jonesboro exit and i was 1h 21min from home. I only needed my tire plugged, that's it. I would have waited as long as they needed me to wait. I was turned around as soon as I walked in, i was turned around and told to go across the street, so I turned on my emergency lights and proceeded to drive slowly across the street only to find out that they were closed. Had a flat tire, even though they had a busy load. I was able to get my tire patched and back on the road in a couple hours. Luck for me there was a Dunkin Doughnuts up the street.
Over 2 hours sitting here waiting and I am the only person here... All I want to get is an Oil change... Ridiculous!!! I will never come back here period! I see why you have a 1!
General manager and David were horrible show me a dead battery and then would exchange it or put it in for me for my inconvenience
I made an appointment for 11am Saturday to have an Oil Change. I arrived at 11:03, to hear from the very rude Rep. That they haven't even gotten to the 9am appointment. Why make an appointment if they can't even honor them within a few minutes of the original time. Not to mention the disregard of people's time. Why not call a customer to let them know that the appointment can't be honored, and give the customer the option to make other arrangements instead of having them waste both time and gas.
