RecommendedMy husband and I were far from home today when our van overheated. Luckily we were right at Pep Boys. it was store #1692. We were quickly taken care of by the wonderful people that work there. They made sure we were ok and fixed our van in record time. We appreciate everyone there and would recommend them to everyone. These guys started off strong but showed their true colors quickly. They are great when you need to spend a lot of money. Not so quick to fix their mistakes or make things right. PM for details. I don't want to put them on blast here but I'm sure there are others who agree with me. So long pep boys Irwin... for that matter, so long pep boys period. Stick with the small shops who value their customers...
I have to give a shout out the the guys who work at the North Huntingdon store. I stopped in for a tire rotation and oil change last week the day before leaving on a trip. The bolt on my wheel hub broke off (it happens occasionally). They had problems finding a replacement to fit. The guys stayed after closing time until the repairs were completed. Excellent service they completely fixed my problem even gave me discount cause my car was in twice for same issue we needed find problem. Steve worked very hard get my car diagnosed and fixed. I will not go anywhere else

I'll never go back to this store, my wife had an appointment scheduled for her oil change and inspection. We showed and Sam tells us the inspection machine JUST went down. But yet he was on the phone with a customer discussing their inspection results today. Then my wife asks well is there another store that can take me today, with out looking or calling he tells her no. So I call another store and sure enough I got a appt today at 2. I'll never go back to this store even tho it's 5 mins from my home!
Fast and courteous service! Saved the day! Couldn't be happier.
