Two hours for a basic oil change on what appeared to be a slow day. They were nice, but literally every single Pepboys location I have been to no matter how busy or slow takes 2 hours minimum for just a simple oil change.
The Pep Boys in NOLA East is outstanding! The employees are friendly & ready to help you in a moment. They didn't have the spray paint I needed but the employee ordered a few cans & had it there that evening. Can't ask for better service than that!
Slowest Tire crew I have ever seen. Watching the tire guy for an hr now. He finally mounted a tire on a vehicle that's been on the rack since I got here.
