stopped in today with a nail in my tire. unfortunately they didn't have 10 minutes to plug my tire. I'm going to remember this in a couple weeks when I spend $1,000 on new truck tires. I'll be sure to send you a picture of my tires I buy from Firestone are somewhere. That's one way to lose a customer for life is by not being able to help them with a small issue.
After an hour, I was escorted to my car in the service bay and I proceeded to teach the mechanic how to change my headlamp. �

My car battery died at the uhaul down the street. I walked to pep boys and they were super nice. Hooked me up with a new battery and even gave me a ride back to my car! Great customer service!
They never seem to have adequate staffing even when you use the online appointment scheduler
I have never had service at any shop like I have had here. They have earned my lifetime business and recommendation to anyone who will listen. Sam was great !
They suck! They put a hitch on our jeep last week which took hrs and broke the tail pipe and refused to fix it. Don't waste your time going there.
