It took 2.5hrs for an oil change with an appointment and no other costumers in the place

Had a 9:00 am appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. It's 9:30 and my car has not even been taken into the bays yet. 30 minute oil change with an appointment... what a joke!

On 8/24/16 at 7:40pm I called both parts and service. Parts never answered, service simply put me on hold and never came back. These people need to get their act together.
Pep boys is extremely overpriced, they take a very long time to service your car so I typically do not go there. about 2-3 weeks ago I needed a simple oil change and a tail light replacement, I was in a bind because it was sunday so I chose to go to Pep Boys because I needed the car same day and my regular shop is not open on sundays. Thank you so much Pep boys for not only not replacing my tail light at all and still charging me for it but also cleaning my oil filter incorrectly which resulted in my car being unable to star... read more
