Pep boys is extremely overpriced, they take a very long time to service your car so I typically do not go there. about 2-3 weeks ago I needed a simple oil change and a tail light replacement, I was in a bind because it was sunday so I chose to go to Pep Boys because I needed the car same day and my regular shop is not open on sundays. Thank you so much Pep boys for not only not replacing my tail light at all and still charging me for it but also cleaning my oil filter incorrectly which resulted in my car being unable to star... read more
Needed tires for my girl went there my girl lost her tire key guy at pep boys told me 60 dollers to remove each lock and quoted me 500 for tires so 740 all together I went down the street to Mavis out the door 350 much friendlier and knowledgeable pep Boys r crooks
