Made an apt for a simple oil change instead of just popping in since I didnt want to have to wait in a waiting area during a pandemic. There was just 2 cars in their bays when I arrived & just 1 person in waiting area so I thought it would be quick. I've now been here 95 mins and told they are backed up and it will be about another 20 minutes. there has been NO one else in the waiting area. First & last time trying a Pep Boys!

Won't be back. Apparently the staff thinks it's ok to insult you and you shouldnt have a problem with someone being condescending toward you.
Been here since 9 o’clock this morning, tires were not ordered. Told me to come back at one I did it is now after two and my truck still hasn’t been brought inside I keep getting told that they only have one mechanic it’s still gonna be several hours before I get a set a tires on this truck. Mechanics are talking about peoples cars are pieces of junk, the manager doesn’t seem to have a clue. Most Unprofessional place I have ever seen.
