Took my company vehicle there for routine maintenance (oil change and whatever is needed). The tech changed the oil and that was it. Before I left I noticed the washer fluid was still empty. Had to go back in and get it filled. After leaving I noticed they never reset the "oil change" message. Now I have to go back again.
I had a wonderful experience at the Woodbury Pep Boys!! the staff are so helpful and professional....The phone would ring and they picked up immediately!!! It was so pleasant to witness a well operated place of business!! My hats off to the guys from the Woodbury Pep Boys!!! A Pleasure doing buisness with you!!!
I find the staff helpful and courteous despite how busy this place gets at times. I own several trucks for my business and maintenance is ALWAYS needed on at least one of them, so I find myself here quite often. Joanne always lets me know if something is on sale or if there is a coupon available that I was not aware of. Also, if she doesn’t have something in stock at that time, she usually finds a way to get it in that same day.
Despite many similar businesses in the area... I always take my car to this Pep Boys for my tires, oil changes and brake service because they are friendly, fast, and reliable. Thanks guys!! Keep up the good work!!!
fuck pep boys they can not be trusted with anything other then to buy parts from
Had to get tires, was told I would get a free Tire if I went for 4 that didn't happen. Needed a balance and alignment, car pulls to the right. Then a lug bolt just happen to break off because someone else did it. Now that is a 60.00 fix. Won't go back.
