You should pay the money for my accident last, October 10 in your store, one employee crushed my car, you were in a client´s car... and also, you took the car quickly so I couldn´t call the police.
I have been taking my cars here for oil changes for years and they are rather quick and through. They explain and are friendly.
Terrible company. DO NOT USE!!!! They don’t disclose policy until your vehicle is in the air and you can’t leave. Nice employees (except the service writer) just a bad company. Don’t use the Crystal Lake, IL Location. Just awe full. Save yourself the time and hassle. Go else where. Prices on websites are not what they try to charge you.
Store #889 in Lansing, Illinois. Have never been here, but my credit card was used here for a $615.09 charge that we didn't purchase. Clearly they have no regard for checking identification on customers using a card. That money was supposed to pay for my chemotherapy copay. Thankfully the bank is returning my money. The scum who stole my card numbers better have a special place in hell, and all store clerks who work a cashier position need to VERIFY ID.

Absolutely unacceptable the kind of work the "techs" do here. This place is full of a bunch of idiots I will never take my car here again the dumb assess can't even do something as simple as a tune up. How embarrassing this place is a disgrace. I would advise everyone who truly cares about there vehicle to take it somewhere else.
My wife took our Lexus es300 to Pep Boys in Lansing IL for a simple FREE code reading because the check engine light was on. I called and set up the appointment and told him I just wanted to know why the light was on. My wife calls me to let me know they did a full diagnostic check on the whole car that I didn't ask for! The manager refunded the charge for the diagnostic which my wife put on a credit card she had after I called and spoke to the manager. Now my VSC and Traction control light won't go off!
