It appears that Pep Boys is running a scam with their rebates. I sent one in for oil and included the original receipt. It wasnt mutilated, folded or illegible. They sent me an email stating my rebate was denied because there wasnt a register number on my receipt. 2 other friends of mine had their rebates denied for the same reason. For $15, they've lost all my business. After posting this on FaceBook I went on BBB site and apparently Pep Boys is being investigated by the Attorney General for mail fraud.

Got my breaks done not too long ago, they should be good since the timing of when I got them done. They are now squeaking and making sounds. A month ago got new tires and they seem to be shaking when I drive on the highway. I came back and I complained and had to wait to get my car looked at. They were jammed packed in the morning with only one mechanic. *Update* when I went in at 8:30 in the morning, I was told I would have to wait a awhile, I had no problem waiting. Every time I need anything randy is there always reasonable he said leave your car for the night you’ll have it ready tomorrow and he did EVERYTIME battery died two months ago jumped it left the keys in the drop box with a note called me in the morning gave me a time it would be ready and you’ll never guess it was long story short go see RANDY
