Stay away...not only did they not put my oil cap back on, but they charged me for an oil change and didnt put any oil in my car...smh...cant trust these guys with your car..and i drove it...and now my car leaks oil which it didnt before...if u value your car take it somewhere else

I've trusted Paul's team at this PepBoys with my cars for a decade. The few times I've gone somewhere else, I've regretted it. They are helpful, reasonable, and patient with my questions. Every time I go in there, I am greeted by name. You don't find service like that anymore. Love them!

They worked with what I gave them, even though things didn't go exactly according to plan, they stuck with it and after a few return visits they managed to save me some time and money working with the DMV in the long run. I went back today, and was out in about 3 minutes. I'll go back to them after this.
Visited them 3 times to fix my brake light switch. Purchased the parts they insist I need. When they can't fix the problem, its my fault. Luckily, the paperwork trail tells another story. They lied to my face numerous times. Keep your paperwork
