Zero stars. This company's billing department is beyond terrible. From not sending statements and then sending demand letters to not providing a phone number online for help, to sending text messages saying you have a bill to pay but you can't pay the bill without an account number (which is on the statement they don't send). End-to-end terrible. I hope the doctor's in this practice wake up and make changes.
Interesting place. We get a collection letter for a $97 bill to which I have never received. Collection letter was the first I have seen of this. Tried to call their billing department and they were less than helpful. Billing department tried to say they send the bill 3 times prior to the collection letter. No way this happened but admit the bill could have been sent by email or text. They referred me to the collection agency. Very unprofessional way of not only sending bills, but doing business as well.
Terrible company
What a nightmare it is working with the billing department. I asked to speak with someone else, and he said that he'll see what he could do and then hung up on me. The next agent I spoke with was irritated with the account number I gave him, so I asked for a supervisor. These guys think they are good. They put on a fake voice, female, definitely generated, and then acted like they couldn't hear me and hung up again I just want to pay my $10.50. I've spent hours trying to pay PTPG
