I don't know about their doctors but their business department is terrible! Took 7 months and an unbelievable number of phone calls to get a refund for something that my insurance company already paid for. They kept telling me they were "sending my claim to the back office for review". The back office never replied. Finally an inquiry from the Better Business Bureau resulted in a letter of apology and a refund. I will never be in a hurry to pay their bill in the future.
