It was time to trade in the car and we needed help. We texted Matt Skinner who helped us with our last car and he was amazing. He communicated excellently and answered every question we had honestly and promptly. He even took time out of his day and made a personalized video of the car we were interested in to send to us. Saul from Peoria Nissan is a great guy. I enjoyed talking with him and learning about the different kinds of selections available at Peoria Nissan. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend that if you are looking for a great salesman and great service then Saul Estrada is the way to go.
I booked a service appointment a week ago and when I came in I was told I need to be rescheduled because the service was going to take half a day. Based on the service type this should have communicated to me well in advance of the appointment. Do better Nissan.
Matthew in sales and Nick in finance along with Carlos were FANTASTIC!!!! they got me the car I wanted and made it work with the bank; when so many didn't wanna put in the work to help me. I will only go to them for future purchases! I bet those 3 guys are what keep this dealership going they will find a way to help you no matter the situation! Give these guys raises.. Thank you a million times gentlemen!
