My wife and I have stayed at Marriott facilities 100s of times over the years and having just returned from a 2 night visit at the Marriott Courtyard Medical Center, I will never stay at another Marriott again. Worst hotel ever. Smells like a crappy 0.5 star motel. I had better rate and cheaper service at Fairfield Inn by Marriot next doors,
Ihave stayed at this hotel several times. In July 2017, I returned to my room to discover ants had invaded the room and the entire king size bed. We had to sleep on sleeper sofa pullout until the next day. The hotel did not charge me for my entire stay. I was satisfied, but had the creeps the next night. I stayed at this hotel again because I had to evacuate due to Hurricane Irma. outstanding service. not only the suite was beautiful and comfortable, but the human quality of the service was totally beyond my expectations. I recommend it 100%
Do not stay in this hotel unless you would like to be charged fees that you did NOT authorize. I was charged a $250 fee for smoking in the room and I do NOT even smoke.

This is the third time we have stayed here, the staff has been very helpful and the food has been great, I have read lots of comments about fees and it doesn't matter if you here or at some other resort place in the world, every place has fees someone isn't happy about. The views are awesome, the stores have things you never thought you needed till you went in them. I would stay here again and again.

As a fee owner and member of the Chairman's Club I am aware of the many great improvements made on the property. A few suggestions: * Either change out the couches or make them hold the cushions into frame, as it is now you may start with a deep seated location but the cushions slide out. This make cushions sliders you one can't feel secure or safe upon. *Also the Hawaii came out of the decor no bright colors,leaves etc.etc. One could be on any island, anywhere! *please, please, please more shade at the quiet pool area per... read more
