very trashy/ all units are almost vacant/ they are trying to sell it/ many people have been evicted and left all their stuff everywhere.
Car was vandalized and parts stolen. Balcony door would not lock. Smelt like BO in the room. Service was nice. Security guards were nice. Hotel reps were nice. Management did don’t care to call me about the problem of the car though. A few crackheads around. Be very Leary. Other than that, ok, but I will not stay there unless they had better security and management.
This place is a dump. The staff barely spoke to me and certainly didn’t unless I spoke to them. Dirty, trash cans overflowing, and the staff told me “I have no idea” to simple questions regarding my stay. Marriott should be ashamed of themselves. $300 a night?? Are. You. Kidding. Me?? Way better experience at a much cheaper stay. I will never stay here again. What a joke.
I just want to say that when i am in Tampa, FL. that i will be staying at the Courtyard By Marriott the staff are the best Angela,Matt are the best the rooms was very clean get breakfast,hot coffee, the staff are extremely good dont know what i would have done with out Angela and Matt very nice and professional thank you guy.will be coming back. 5,stars
I went to Dallas last week to work and my company paid for the hotel. My account just got over drawn. The hotel charged me $776, i only gave them a card for incidentals. They told me they would only take a $20 deposit a d it would be refunded. 4 days in dallas they took out $390, then $170, then $100. When i confronted the manager he said he could see it was taken out but had no explanation why and that he would resolve it within 24 hours. I gave him my contact information and he never called me. My family and I stayed here June 24th -26th on vacation. The first room we4 stayed in the carpet smelled like it was molded, so we switched rooms. We were over charge on our account and the hotel staff repeatedly stated they were not able to see the charges. We elevated it to corporate and it was verified an unauthorized amount was taken. It took 3 weeks for them to replace it because an investigation was pending with our bank. I call week after week trying to get answers. I made a reservation for 1 night at Springhill Suites 6815 Reading Rd, Rosenberg, TX, US and cancelled 4 hours later. My cancellation was 6 days before the booking date. My bank account was and still had been charged for a one-night stay that I did not have. BOGUS! I have a cancellation confirmation number and contacted Bonvoy Marriott for help. The rep told me they would "open a case" for the error. Still have not heard. Still being charged!!! Robbery!

This place is Garbage from being lied to the ice machine not working to broken room door and "lady Karen" supervisor felt that she could treat the guests like crap. Abysmal experience! By far the worst Marriott experience EVER! Have stayed with Marriott for 40 years, was Exec Platinum and now Elite Titanim. Reservation for a King bed, but the bed was a Full size at best. Shelves and door missing from kitchn cabinets. Food left in freezer.
