Had a tremendous stay at Pere Marquette. Loved the hotel! Loved the atmosphere! Loved the amenities! The staff was super friendly! Everyone along the way was fantastic! Especially Lele at the front desk! She was a great help! Patiently answered all my questions with a smile :) Loved the goodie bags too! Kudos on the wonderful popcorn and king size candy bar! So much appreciated! Thank you, Pere Marquette! Will definitely be back!
I checked in on 12/27/24 and checked out on 12/29/24 and was in room 110. When I checked in a $40.00 hold was put on my credit card. I have call this hotel several times to tell them that the $40 hasn't cleared my bank. I call today was told it takes up to 21 days, it's past 21 days. Also this is a lie and I travel all the time the hold is released within 2-3 days. At this point this is Fraud.
Excelent, my family visit week the AC Hotel Waco Downtown and now this hotel is the favorite all is good but I want make the special mention to Olaynes Riveron she work in this hotel is very familiar and friendly.
IF I could give zero stars I would! Unfortunately I had a horrible stay at Midtown WEST!. I was there 11-22/11-24 . I had 3 rooms under my reservation I paid for room and tax ONLY!!! on all rooms, BUT the adults in each room would pay for incidentals with their own credit cards, that was explained before I arrived and I also confirmed when we arrived (ADI) front desk agent, said it wouldn't be a problem. I had a horrible experience at this hotel! We got bedbugs at this hotel. When I reported to the manager that my daughter was covered in bites, we were dismissed. The manager, Deidra Davis, said that we must have brought them in and asked where we had come from. We drove from our home in CT and most certainly did not bring in the bugs. They took out all our things to be "cleaned". They dumped 5 trash bags full of our belongings into our room - a couple of the items were burned. I have to say I was very disappointed in Marriot on this location. The room was nice no problems there. But the service was horrible. I Checked in for a 10-night stay on business at check in they told me I had to request service since on long stays they only clean every other day. So upon leaving in the morning, I requested my room to be cleaned. its night 9 and after telling them once again in the morning I come back to find no one had cleaned the room again. MY 10/20 TO 10/23 STAY WAS THE WORST STAY EVER. I'VE GOTTEN EATEN ALIVE BY BED BUGS. I CAN UNDERSTAND IF I DIDN'T KNOW OR SEE WHAT MADE ME HAVE AN ITCH OUT OF THIS WORLD.
