since they started managing my complex stuff almost instantly went down hill. they don't fix anything. can't get a hold of anyone when you need them. will probably report them to hud & the city.
The lady at the front desk at this location is rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing. She gave us paperwork told us to take it to the DMV so they could fill it out. The DMV told us they have nothing to do with that. We called the place and got transfer to the call center. The lady that picked up was a bit nicer but didn’t under why the lady at the location didn’t know what she was doing.
