Owner has bad customer service very discourteous

Very unfair & misdirected review. Our new, repeat & long term customers know that we offer quality workmanship & customer service. Compare all of the great reviews that we received over the years to this one.
I was so impressed with their customer service that I have referred them to many people. My husband wasn't 100% satisfied with the hallway so I called back and spoke to Bob. No questions asked - he just said I'll have my guy return and re-clean. Well I was expecting them to re-clean just the one spot. Oh no, not this company. They re-cleaned the WHOLE house. What other company does that? Horizon Carpet has a customer for life!
Rockstars is all I can say, these guys get the job done right the first time and the stains don’t come back! I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other companies so now I only use Horizon.
We had our travertine cleaned, sealed and polished! Outstanding results. Our floors have never been so clean....Horizon did an excellent job. We also had them clean and stretch our carpet. They took incredible care of our home. I highly recommend Horizon!

I was vacating my rental house and needed carpets cleaned. From the first time I called and spoke to Adam from the van pulling away from the house last night was an amazing experience! Adam was polite, considerate of my work schedule, knowledgeable and a treat to deal with. The two gentlemen that came to the house were prompt and did a great job of cleaning the floors!
