I uploaded several pictures online and it was so easy, I just picked them up, and the quality is so much better than Walgreens, I was very pleased!!
I sang praises of PCS for so long but my last experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth when (long story short) they did not follow up and even lied when I called to check on the status of a camera estimate return. They had my camera in store for an entire week after I was told that it was not there. I got the excuse: "the regular repair guy isn't there on Saturdays".

Checked in December about having camera cleaned, was told by sales person $25 for body and 1 lens. Took camera and lens in Jan. different sales person said $25 per item. Said previous person didn't know what they were talking about. I said wasn't very good way to do business, was told I had an attitude. Never said was sorry for screw up or anything. Was lucky enough to have same person when picked up camera. Never thanked me for business til I said you're welcome. He thought his customer service was great. Pretty much a jerk... read more

Todd...I'm sorry for your experience. Whomever you spoke to the first time either misunderstood or gave you the wrong information. We have always charged $25 per item. However, that being said if you would like to bring your lens in we can clean it for you for free. Again I apologize and hope we can get this corrected. Please let us know. ~Nate
They were my fav. place to develop photos, buy equipment, purchase photo gifts when I lived in IL, and now that I live in TN they are still my favorite. I send all my orders back to Peoria Camera because I know they do high quality work, have friendly employees, and the employees are so knowledgeable. I really enjoy working with Nate and his Dad.

Love the staff and the owners are just the BEST! I highly recommend going here when you need help with any camera or picture issues they are always a helping hand. Also the best place to get high quality prints at the most reasonable rate. Such a great selection to choose from too! Thanks Ted for helping me out on my camera issue that literally took you a second which took me almost weeks to figure out. :)
Last minute idea...2 days before benefit and I needed 100 pictures printed quickly!! And that's just what I got!! In less than 20 minutes!! Great quality!! Thank you for helping me when I was stressed and trying to pull one more thing together before the big day!! Thank you!! Thank you!!
Took my Sony camera to the shop today to see why it wouldn't take pictures. After looking the camera over and trying a couple of things out - it was discovered that my card was corrupt. With a few simple instructions, the card was reformatted and now the camera works fine. Just a shout out for the assistance and instructions. I am greatly appreciative for the assistance.
