My kids are on medication they're supposed to drink everyday with automatic refills but they never seem to have it when I go the next day to pick it up. The staff ends up telling me that they can't hold the medication for them because they're other customers who need it so I ended up going to Walmart for my kids medication been going there for about 2 months now and tell why these people are saying I have refills there with them even after I spoke to them and my children's doctors and changed pharmacy. Coffee road location is sooooo much better. Regret making the change. Hopefully i can get my prescriptions changed to other location. Waited all week for delivery and was never notified i wouldn’t get it. Went all weekend without medication and not one apology from staff when explained to on Monday. Horrible…
The staff and customer service is so awesome thank you guys are.
