They locked us in while unpacking our storage unit.
The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life!! The gave me the wrong size unit and charges me a different price!!! Then locked me my family and a 1 year old baby inside. Had to wait so long.
The worst place ever. They don't give you back your deposit.
They are crap, they want your cash deposit up front but use a 3rd party company to mail it back to you weeks later. I just had to call them back to remind tgem that moved out 2 1/2 weeks ago and now i have to wait even longer to get tge cash the needed me to pay up front. There are several other storage unit companies in the immediate area that are much cheaper than what i was paying for tge same exact size unit, and either do not require a deposit or offer to pay it back the day you move out of your unit.
