I got ripped off by these people. I spent over $3K on a men’s gold chain. I get my receipt emailed, all is good. Then I get a follow up email a month later. It asks, How do you like your hollow 10K chain? Hollow? Nobody ever told me this was hollow. Nothing on the tag, nothing on the receipt. Be careful, these people will rip you off with bogus jewellery.
