Grace was excellent and very accommodating.
Extremely rude staff at this location. I came in for my bi-annual diamond check-up and the sales associate initially dismissed me. After asking again for help she acted extremely annoyed and angry to help me. I unfortunately have to come into this store twice per year for my diamond check-up and the staff are rude almost every time (depending on the sales associate).
