I recently visited this jewelry store and found the selection to be beautiful and the quality very nice. The store itself is well-kept and organized, which made browsing enjoyable. However, I did feel uncomfortable during checkout when two employees were speaking to each other in a different language while assisting me. It made the interaction feel less personal and a bit unprofessional. I would have appreciated if the focus had been on the customer experience during that time.
