I had a wonderful experience with Amy. Brought in 2 broken chains. Not only was she able to find the warranty for one of them but also helped me purchase a lifetime warranty on the second chain. We bought earrings at this store. Two weeks after - one earring broke leaving a piece inside the ear and another piece lost. Zero willingness to help - they just want to sell another pair. They don’t sell one piece, don’t accept that is a manufacturing defect or bad design. Overall, my experience - they sell low quality jewellery with no customer support.
