William and Nuha were very helpful and successful in tracking down information on warranties and diamond bonds for jewelry purchased after original documentation was stolen.

We’ve been a customer for years and enjoyed the products and service. But today I went in for a simple cleaning of my jewelry and to buy backs for my earrings. Mauritius delivered such exceptional service. He was so easy to talk to, cleaned all my rings and earrings (some it even from Peoples) with such detail and patience and never made me feel like I was taking up his time.
