Had a horrible experience getting my son's necklace repaired. When first notified that it was ready for pick up it was not repaired. The email said "We’ve completed our quality control review to make sure your Jewelry has met our high standards". Obviously they didn't inspect it. Had to come back again when it was ready the second time. The sales slip had two prices on it. The sub-total being the lower price. We were told it was a system problem.
