Horrible store called for over 3 hours no one answered my calls. Had to go to other location (Burlington) because they answered and found what I need but I will be returning it as Michael hill actually answer the phones and gave my a discounted price as I mentioned I the experience with you guys. Why do you have phones if you don’t answer it.

Checked store hours online before leaving home: both on Google and People’s actual website (opening as of 10am). Store was still closed when I arrived at 10:36am, multiple staff members visible inside cleaning and merchandising but when I phoned - no one answered. What a waste of my time. Another waste of time is the bi annual inspection of my jewelry to “maintain the warranty” which was fully paid at time of purchase.
