Ive shopped at this location for years. From our engament rinks to wedding and everything between. I have NEVER had as bad of customer service as I did today and even walked out on a sale. The team member we sat with was speaking another language over my husband and I to another Co worker while also trying to help us. Was trying to upgrade my husband's wedding ring for our anniversary.
