They sold my fiance an engagement ring. Which I had to send away immediately to be resized, I was told it would take 2 weeks. It then supposedly came back and the stone was loose. And it was re sent out but it would only take another week. No one had contacted me to tell me about this, I had to call to find out. Forward a week and a half… no ring.
