October 1st, Going on 6 weeksand Still no resolution! Jessica at customer care has not only been unhelpful. She cuts you off and speaks over to you . I too can read the diamond bond policy and don't need a read to be over the phone. I requested to speak to her supervisor a week ago... nothing but crickets. This place always catches my eye when I walk by and I decided to just have a look around and it was awesome. The staff were so friendly and Kira showed me such beautiful things! I will definitely be coming back for more.
