I felt like a VIP today. The group of ladies worked well as a team, assisting each other without being asked. It was a pleasure to witness. They demonstrated just how much they enjoy serving their customers well. I was impressed and left feeling great about my shopping experience. Well done!
Bought my husband a tungsten ring for Christmas. It fell apart 6 months later (in an office job). Tungsten should be nearly indestructible. When I notified Peoples, they told me that their tungsten rings are made with a safety mechanism so they break away... thats great to find out after the fact. If you tap the ring on something expect it to break and be garbage in 6 months. The resolution was to pay $165.00 for the lifelong protection and they may replace it. Jewellery should last! Especially a metal like this.
Great service had my watch resized
I just went to People’s Jeweller’s to get my Bulova Precisionist watch fixed. The clasp wasn’t closing right and it needed a pin. I also had another watch of the same model that needed the face replaced. They are gorgeous watches and extremely durable. I do a lot of fishing and outdoors activities. Swimming or showering with these watches is no big deal. I have owned different models for years now and been extremely impressed. The service at this location was exceptional!
