I lost a diamond from my engagement ring and Jacob was so kind and helpful. The staff at Peoples really add to the value of the experience.

From repairing my ring for a size change, getting the claws all fixed due to wear, re-plating, and even tracking down my original purchase paperwork as my copy normally kept in my safe went missing, the team has been amazing to work with. I love People’s and always will come here for any of my jewelry needs. They even said they can warranty another family heirloom if I needed, which I likely will in the near future. Shout out to Megan, Brooklynn, and Jacob!
I went into Peoples to get my rings cleaned, and Shelby helped me out, she was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. My rings came out sparkling like new, and I couldn’t be happier. The store itself is bright, welcoming, and full of beautiful pieces. Definitely a wonderful place to go whether you’re just browsing or need something special taken care of. Highly recommend!
