I went into peoples at Mayfair mall July 1st. I didn’t want to but did looking for a chain/necklace. I left pissed off. The sales lady really had no clue what she was doing I tried to help but wanted nothing of it. My experience at this location is nothing but rude. I came to the store today, and Freda, Kavi, and Arsalan were all there. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was assisted by Freda, who was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent customer service!
