Always Professional, always helpful, always friendly......
We are also having trouble with fraudulent charges but no one seems to have any solutions. Just exhausted with having to cancel and get new cards every few weeks.
This isn't a review of the folks at this branch, but the company as a whole. I do not recommend People Exchange Bank. I actually recommend you steer clear of them. If you have an issue with fraudulent charges, you will be up a creek without a paddle. The ONLY thing they can/will do is block your card and send a new one. They won't help you figure out who the merchant is, where the charges come from, or any tips on avoiding them.
