awesome dr & colleagues! I've seen Dr Cole, Dr Patterson while he was still there, & currently have been receiving treatment from Kristen Dorch-Farmer. She is hands down Wonderful with a capital W! She took over for me after Dr Patterson, who was also great, up and left! She gives me cortizone shots in my back and believes me when I say im in pain-unlike the awful pain management dr who tried to put me on morphene! Michael Patterson People`s Clinic I also had some issues with billing.Brought my son in for a blood test.About two weeks later Tricare sent a letter saying the test is not covered unless they re-code and re-submit the claim.The People`s Clinic decided not to do it(never told me why)and I now have to pay the $90 lab fees plus 73.24 office visit.I'm really disappointed in Michael Patterson and the whole team.
Caring Doctors I have nothing but the best and utmost service and advises from Dr. Boles and his partners in this clinic!
Rude nurse ruins the practice I had one office visit with Dr. Johnson and thought she was an awesome doctor who was very thorough. However she has a rude micromanaging nurse who comes as a packaged deal. It is bad enough to have to deal with people like that when you are not sick but when you are sick it just makes matters worse. Given the fact that I can not see Dr. Johnson without seeing her rude nurse I will find another practice where I am treated as a patient and no less. Is this how Christians act? I was a patient at this office under the care of Dr. Gary Cole. He is absolutely wonderful. I was so happy for Dr. Cole when I learned that he was going to open his own clinic until I learned that 3 days after Dr. Cole turned in his 3 week notice to Dr. Boles, Dr. Boles fired him. I'm sorry but true Christians don't act like that. I have since followed Dr. Cole to his new clinic The People's Clinic and now not only myself but my husband and new daughter are very happy patients.
Wrong Charges I would not recommend this practice. My husband went for an appointment and saw the nurse to get his vitals, find out why he was there, etc. After waiting over an hour in the room to see the doctor, he had to leave because of time, but he never saw the doctor. We were charged for a visit with the doctor, stating they did a complete physical. This did not happen - never saw the doctor, never had a physical. best group practice in Clarksville The care I have received from Covenant was always been exemplary. The staff from the doctors all the way down to the appointment line is extremely friendly and caring. My family and I never dread going to the doctor now. The wait time is also very short if any. I recommend them to everyone I know.
A Great Experience! 1st of all I was pleasantly surprised at how cheerful the women working the front desk were! Very kind and courteous, not your average hacked off,don't have time for your stupid questions, gossipy types that you find at other practices! Secondly I was able to make an appt very easily for both my children! No waiting-no hassle. Gotta love that.
