I had a very poor experience with this facility. I rented a unit online and was given a gate code that did not work, leaving me stuck at the entrance with no way to access the property. There was no on-site manager available, and I was unable to reach anyone for immediate help. After driving all day, I ended up having to involve a wrecker service and even law enforcement just to get out of the gate. This should never happen at a storage facility. Peoples Choice Storage 2901 Interior way Lagrange Ky 40031 is a nice Storage Facility its Clean and convenient to the Area. Very modern, has an elevator for second floor storage units Nathan is the new site manager and committed to making the Business even better!

Under Rocketman, this place was great. The past 3 days I’ve been trying to close out of my unit. Visited the office the past 3 days and no one is ever there. I’ve also called the past 3 days and never get a call back.
