Had another bank atm swallow my card. They have cut up my card early today. Called and waited on peoples choice phone for ages 30+ mins. Advised me they cancelled my card and will take up to 10 days. I now have no paypal no means of cash. Work outside banking hours. This is ludicrous.very poor attempts to help. Waiting for a supervisor call. Think twice as i think this credit union going backwards. /
Has absolutely gone downhill from the old credit union days. Bank by name Bank by nature now, couldn't give a flying you know what about their customers. Gone are the longer opening hours, and the Saturday mornings. My local ATM is a throwback to the 90's that's rarely does what you need it to do.
I have been with PC for over 30 years. Always been happy with the service. However. In the past 12 months the customer service officers are far too few. In city bank, there are 6 desks and often on 3 tellers working. The number of customers waiting to be seen is often wait for over half an hour. The line up to withdraw funds is huge. Time to reassess how to serve your customers better.
Only recently joined PC and already regretting it. Bank has for whatever reason made my account unable to pay/send money. Contacted the bank via phone & having spent 2hrs waiting for assistance i was passed around one staff member to the next, all oblivious to the reasons and unable to offer assistance. Finally was transferred to an individual who after speaking with said the issue was resolved and should be fine to use by the following morning - however 6 days later the issue is still there and I am unable to pay for or sen... read more
Appalling customer service at City and Blackwood offices. I waited in a queue of 3 people, in the city office, for 10 minutes to see someone to formally record the death of an account holder. Staff were walking around ignoring the queue during that 10 minute wait. I left the queue and approached one of the staff members, and advised the purpose of my visit.
