All service gone down hill after the merge. I remember when I joined People's Choice many years ago, had great rates, great service, fab people, lots of outlets, good online banking and app. Today - Rates still competitive but the rest of experience is poor and dissapointing. Cant transfer money to new vendors immediately (overnight checking), app has more clicks to do simple actions which should be quick, not able to download transactions (which is unbelievable - who approved that test environment!!!). What a nightmare trying to log into my account Keeps going to Peoples choice Then wont let me log in since they changed me to People First What's going on !!!!! Nightmare
This is for their new APP. I’d give it 4/10. If you move people across to a new banking app atleast keep all the old functions. But to take away some of the old functions like having the ability to sort your bank accounts manually is a big FAIL from me.

Phoned branch asking for help, given useless information as if the person in the branch had not listened to a word I'd said. As if I was talking a foreign language. Not good enough, again.
