Appalling customer service at City and Blackwood offices. I waited in a queue of 3 people, in the city office, for 10 minutes to see someone to formally record the death of an account holder. Staff were walking around ignoring the queue during that 10 minute wait. I left the queue and approached one of the staff members, and advised the purpose of my visit. Closing all Qld Branches to those who need them the most and then coming up template response claiming people are switching to say ATM, is evidence People First is people last.
Hari Is great guy willing to help fully. Asset to the credit union. But the credit union structure itself is lacking in outlets. Now making GLENELG LOANS ETC ONLY. IS UNBELIEVABLE. CAN EASY EMPLOY TWO STAFF FOR OVER THE COUNTER SERVICE NOT GOOD. REALLY.
For a bank that's supposed be a people's bank when only 1/2 the branches are open To which alot of the elderly are not able to access when there nearest one to them is close is that putting the people first i don't think so
Probably the worst bank I've dealt with. From taking forever to approve a new mortgage to taking equally as long to discharge it 12 months later (due to poor customer service), I cannot wait for the mortgage discharge to finalise so I can cancel all my accounts and move away from this bunch of amateurs. I initially changed to a credit union because I thought they would offer better customer service from the major banks, how wrong I was.
