My bf has an account with this bank. He made a mistake today with the USPS and when he called the bank to stop the payment he was told that he had to come in to the bank for that. Yet, they allowed withdrawal after withdrawal on his account a couple months ago that were fraudulent go thru to the tune of nearly $950!! And they sure will stop a payment for a couple bucks to Temu! I mean really? I'd pull my money out of this bank because they are incompetent and don't seem to care about your money.
