Bad story turned out well. I left a 1 star review 2 days ago, and now I've changed it to a 5 star. Long story short they fixed the issue I had, and i have no problem giving them a good review now. I enjoyed this bank when I lived in north alabama, never had an issue, pleasant employees all the time.
