We recently started renting a house through People Helping Others Property Management and have been very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and helpfulness. The viewing, lease preparation and move in process was smooth and they were very communicative. Since moving in, our fridge broke and we mentioned a couple of other maintenance needs. They were immediately tended to and fixed! So far, we are very happy with PHO!

I stayed in an apartment managed by PHO for 2 years. Gena Rohr is really great and always helped us and answered query promptly. I recommend PHO to anyone looking for apartment in San Diego.
Do not let this company manage your property! I have been a property owner for many years and let me just say that they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are very unresponsive to emails and rude when I call. I have received several complaints from tenants about them. The people running this company are so lazy and refuse to do anything except collect their check. Choose a different property management company.
