Had an appointment for 545pm that was confirmed. They messaged me in Instagram saying thanks for my inspiration photos and they would see me when I got there. Less than 5 minutes after they sent that, I arrived and when I tried to go in the door was locked. I messaged them on Instagram that the door was locked and waited for 15 min and finally walked away. They may have tried to call me, but when I answered the phone, it was just the sound of what sounded like children screaming loudly and I hung up the phone. Unacceptable.
FYI I tried to go here at 6:20 and it was closed with no sign when the business hours say 7 pm- had to go somewhere else!
