We had such a fantastic first experience with Penwarden! We met with Afia and she was so exceedingly lovely and helpful. We haven’t even started the process of designing our rings yet, but still felt the need to leave a review just from our first encounter.
Linda and the team were so amazing during our engagement ring process, we came back to pick out our wedding bands! Very happy with the outcome and the designs they helped us select 😀

I cannot say enough amazing things about Penwarden. I was treated with so much care, patience, and professionalism. They took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, explained every detail clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Bingjie was so sweet. She was great with communicating with us between the diamond selection and finalizing all the fine details. The quality, craftsmanship, and overall presentation were outstanding. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in any piece of jewelry!
