I've been having a roach problem. Not sure if the other residents had pest service but, I believe this will solve the problem. Everyone should have the same service done. Plus, I need this service done again.
Our AC went down at 6pm Tuesday night and I put in a maintenance request right away and Kristen responded within minutes. She had the AC tech out within a couple hours. I appreciate their dedication and commitment to ensure that we were taken care of.
I’ve been renting here for the past 6 years. New management has cleaned up the buildings. The new people in the office are very kind and caring. Thank you Pentwell. Brad
