Terrible experience. Three college age kids signed a lease to rent a house. On inspection/walk through day one of the kids and his parents (not me) are shown the house by Pentwell staff. There was mold/mildew all over a toilet seat and there was significant mold/mildew and paint chips on a window sill. They did replace the toilet seat and cleaned up the window sill. I've been having a roach problem. Not sure if the other residents had pest service but, I believe this will solve the problem. Everyone should have the same service done. Plus, I need this service done again. The people in the office move expedient and they communicate very well.
