Lynda and Gregg may be the new owners of Pentwater Outfitters but they are definitely not new to Michigan and paddling. They were a wealth of information and truly cared about making the trip comfortable as well as safe. Professionalism and personality, Wow, what a combination. We will be back. PS: Ask Gregg about the story of the Whispering White Pines.
New owners are great! Finally went back to Pentwater River Outfitters after bad experience with previous ownership and lack of customer service. The owners now are very accommodating, professional, and provide great advice and expertise. Would recommend to anyone wanting a fun time on the water. Thanks for a great trip this Labor Day weekend!
we had a spectacular time renting stand up paddleboards for the first time ever!!!! major success for all 3 of us, and definitely want to go again soon. our rental delivery was late arriving, but things happen and we were given some extra time with the boards (which we used!) thank you for providing us with a fantastic day!

We feel like we found a hidden gem. Lynda and Gregg at Pentwater River Outfitters were so kind and helpful and made sure we had all the information and equipment we needed to have a really enjoyable time on our terms. The North Branch and South Branch float and paddle from the "Red Barn" was beautiful. Tons of wildlife, only sounds we could hear were a plethura of birds and our paddles dipping in the water. Love this place. Took a whole group down the river. Then we dropped the kayaks at the boat house and grabbed pizza and beer. Gotta plan another great day on the pentwater river. Linda was really great at outfitters..
