This place is excellent. Owner took time to head us on the best route. Gave tips, as my husband and I are inexperienced..Two fantastic hours on the river. Can't recommend highly enough. Can't wait to come back up and go again.

Decided at the last minute to rent kayaks. My husband and I had not kayaked in years. We were greeted by a wonderful sales lady and were assured the trip would be great. Before we put the kayaks in the water, the owner gave us an excellent lesson in kayaking, including how to manage the current, turn the kayak, etc. We had a relaxing time on the river. I would highly recommend Pentwater River Outfitters to anyone looking for a kayaking excursion.
