The staff, doctors, and nurses were all very friendly. Excellent service, professional, and efficient. They even called a couple days after my visit to make sure I was still doing well and to let me know that I was in good health. Highly recommend!
Love my doctor here very nice and always takes the time for me and my kids and family was a hard change switching doctors years ago but I truly am happy with my doctor he's the best
This is the worst place to take your business. All service staff treats patients very poorly , often times hung up the phone, if you are lucky they answer the call, however their attitude is by far the worst I have experienced, it's like free care, but you are paying... I have had better service many fast food restaurants... Doctors are nice, however try calling their 978-557-8880 and see it for you me self!! AVOID AT ALL COST THIS PLACE! Pentucket medical is not in the business of the people business! DO NOT GO THERE !!!
