RecommendedWe have been patients at Pentucket Medical for years and feel that they have met our medical needs throughout that time. We would recommend them to our friends and family in the future. Most recently had a good visit with Doctor Tony Lopez.
The waiting time for my scheduled appointment was 53 minutes. Doctor spent less than five minutes, most of that time was discussing medication list as did the person checking you in. Place has no interest in its patients
RecommendedI had an excellent visit at Pentucket in Andover. I recommend anyone to go there for care! Not much wait time! Care was very good!
Terrible, waited in waiting room for 45 minutes with my 10 year old daughter, then waited another 55 minutes in exam room before the doctor came in, he never apologized for the wait and when I expressed my disappointment he chastised me. I will NEVER go to their express care office in Andover EVER again.

RecommendedI absolutely love my doctors. The care is fantastic. Gets more important now that I am over 60. I have recently also needed the urgent care which was also excellent. Hardest thing is calling in for 1st appointment. After that- awesome
