Rich List and his team are the best of the best. I've personally worked with them, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage or to re-finance their home.
If you are looking to buy a home in Colorado Springs or any part of the state I can say this. Do not work with this company I have been treated far better buy bullies when I was a skinny bespectacled kid in school. They are arrogant to the extreme as well as incompetent. You will do most if not all of the leg work. If you are military or a vet., I would especially stay away from them. Kelly Ashcroft is by far the very best lender, period. Her solution focused mindset is obvious from day one. Her top professional qualities are communication, accuracy, attention to detail and very pleasant personality.
