After meeting Gary F. my instincts were telling me not to rent from him. I don't know if it was the dingy Honolulu office building Penthouse Realty occupies or if it was his decrepit car and missing teeth that were throwing me off but shouldn't your Real Estate professional maintain a professional appearance and attitude? I don't like to judge on appearances but in this case I should have as I had a very bad experience with Penthouse Realty.
