I have never had a more horrible experience in 30 yrs getting my nails done .. I took in my own powder the technician said she could use it and come to find out it wasn’t the rt type of powder so she just kept going over it with other powder and made them so thick and uneven they look horrific and when I left there they were still soft she couldn’t even finish them she had someone else waiting on her and she just got up and left me sitting there when I said I didn’t like them and told me to come back Monday which it’s Friday... read more
In short… the lady doing my toes sprayed Lysol on my foot and turned to the young girl working on my grandmother next to her and laughed… never apologized… just looked up at me and told me I had “pretty hair” she also cut two of my toenails crooked, pretty sure her name was Lan.. whole experience there was uncomfortable.

Horrible experience today very unprofessional! I came in requesting a full set - someone I have not had do my nails before came up to me after I was waiting for 30 minutes, I advised the man he can do my nails but I’m a tad picky when it comes to shape just so he knows.
