Charlene and the rest of the staff are fantastic. They provide the personalized touch of a local jeweler, and the prices are very reasonable. After shopping at a few other jewelers around town, Pentaltha made me a loyal customer.
It's difficult to afford to pay their profit margins on repair work and trade-in business. I love their transparency, service, and feel of the store. Their jewelry is reasonable and very pretty.
